The sales assistant was very knowledgeable on the products I wanted to purchase and also very understanding of the needs of my wife and myself. He was patient whilst we took our time choosing the best mattress for us. I have to say Neil was a pleasure to work with and I thank him for his help and expertise.

We were greeted immediately by salesperson who gave us options, including the Sleep Machine which I found fascinating! We then had a 1-2-1 personal walk through with the salesperson of what we could try out. Within 10 minutes we’d found the dream mattress and just had to purchase. Great experience !
