My daughter and I were extremely pleased with our visit. For her first double bed my daughter saw the bed she wanted as soon as we went in and then we were served by a very friendly and informative member of staff. We were offered some cold water to drink which we accepted. My daughter was offered an opportunity to go on the sleep match system which she did enjoy the experience and it matched up with the mattress we had already chosen for her.

The salesperson in the store was very professional and very knowledgeable about everything we needed to know as well as being polite and patient with us. He took time to explain everything very clearly and really put us at ease
