Excellent choice of product and excellent sales person

I purchased my goods at the branch of dreams in the Southend Airport retail park - Neil was the assistant- He listened to what our needs were and then took us round the relevant products. His knowledge was excellent and he gave us time to make an informed decision- Very pleasant and professional- thank you Neil

As we walked in we were greeted by a lovely young lady we didn’t feel pressured she was able to answer all our questions offered a cup of tea which you don’t get that in many places we came out knowing we had plucked the right mattress for our needs with a little help from the assistance well done dreams looking forward to our mattress coming next week

We was highly satisfied with our visit to dreams as we was unsure of what mattress we needed a very friendly staff member Neil greeted us and suggested we try the sleep scanner to find what would suit us best, he then walked through all options of mattresses. We actually came in the next day and he remembered us and showed us even more options, he was very good with the knowledge of products and left us to try the mattresses without looming but was always at hand if we needed him which made it more comfortable when laying on different mattresses.
