No children's beds available to see in our nearest store. Very disappointed my little boy was very upset at this so were we so we had to go further to a big store to see a couple on offer

'Sales Spiel'.........Disappointed that the assistant said he would 'have a word' with the manager about discounts. TWICE. If we had refused the 'FREE' items, such as mattress protector & warranty would we have been asked to pay the same price or would those costs been deducted from the final bill ? We didn't ask the question as wanted the extras, just fed up with sales patter. It's either the price it is or it's not.

The service and product was all good. I dislike the excessive £39 charge for delivery. I dislike that the delivery charge cannot be avoided since I could neither go and collect my mattress from Swanley nor have it delivered direct to the store for my collection. Should the mattress price not simply be increased?

After paying in full I find out I have to wait two weeks for delivery

Delivery time is not suitable. We explained that on the delivery we are not living at that moment. So it is better if we have in afternoon instead from 7:00 am. We are advised it is not possible. Very rigid not flexible system for delivery. We have delivery of other furniture from superstore, they got slot system. So the customer can choose the day/date and the timing.i am sorry it needs to be improved. Thanks giving me the chance to express my problem. I think it is good enough to understand the problem from customer side. I do not have to write in details.

I went to the Southend branch needing to make a quick purchase. Paul served me and was very polite, honest and knew the products. Due to circumstances, I needed beds in the next 5 days. What let the service down was the lack of availability of the product. Instead of getting the beds that I needed and wanted from Dreams, I could only purchase 1 in the hope that things would work out time-wise and go buy the other beds I needed from Argos as they could do quick delivery. This is not what I wanted to do, but there was no option.

Your staff are fantastic and very helpful. They work very hard to please everyone in the shop. However, Your procedures are dangerous and very disruptive to both customers and staff. Having only 1 member of staff in a large shop on an industrial estate is ludicrous! Because there was only one lady working Lynn on the evening i purchased this mattress I had to knock on the doors to be let in as there has been trouble in the shop before so she cant leave the doors open while she is alone. Then because she was the only one in store, when she was taken seriously ill during the transaction there was no one there to help her or myself. She was obviously very professional about it and couldn't have handled the situation better alone, but you are putting all of your staff in serious danger if you continue to leave them on their own! The following morning when I returned to query an item, Stan was very helpful again however he was alone and being expected to change all the promotions in the shop and serve customers. Your staff work very hard yet the Dreams brand provides no loyalty and runs a very dangerous show!

The mattress was not representative to those that were delivered, having, we were advised, been on the shop floor for around 6months
