store staff were not able to contacct customer sevices.Staff in the store tried in vain to make contact.the phone just rang and rang! 1 hour wasted.

Lynn who dealt with my husband and I was fantastic she was so friendly and helped us compromise by showing us a bed that we hadn't previously considered but actually provided what both myself and husband wanted from a bed. Unfortunately there were other members of staff that was not welcoming and made me feel uncomfortable as I entered the store. Lynn definitely made up for this when she came over to assist me.

Overall it was a very good experience shopping at Dreams. The area I would like to improve the the order to deliver time, if possible I hope it can be shorter. One other thing I noticed is the system Dream's staff are using is quite slow, and manual.

The product price is satisfactory, but the delivery charge is very expensive at £39.99 when its only coming from Kent (the next county), not abroad! If the item (a 3ft bed frame only) had been stocked at the shop, we would have been able to take it home ourselves saving this extortionate delivery charge. We think the delivery charge should at most, be half that amount. If my daughter had not got her heart set on that particular bed frame, we would have gone elsewhere to a store with much cheaper delivery charges.

Surprised I had to pay for delivery on an expensive item. Also the cost of removing old matress was very expensive so decided to dispose of it ourselves. Although there were 50% off posters all over the store the mattress we chose had no discount at all.

Being satisfied is being satisfied, the work Highly is irelevent.

I was attracted by the sale posters. I was further attracted by the sales posters on the bed base. I was very happy with the expected price of the bed base. However, having chosen an ottaman base, the price shot up by £240 !!!! I was not aware of this until I sat down with the assistant to make the purchase. Bad form on Dreams I feel. A small mechanism does not warrant such a large increase. Let the buyer beware of course and I could have refused at that point but I went along with the purchase.

Service was ok not overally helpful and product ok in price but not great value. Dissapointed I had to wait 7 days for first delivery date.

The price tag "showing a £100 discount" at the store said that the bed frame was £499 when I got to the desk, they told me the bed didn't come with slats and if I want them there will be an extra £62. Then I asked if I could take the bed with me and they say no all items are for deliver and so there will be an extra £12 .. total £573 .. and basically there was not discount. If I found the bed somewhere else I would walk away. This misleads the customer and make you feel that you have been robbed. You should make it clear that the bed do not have slats and that delivery isn't included, so you can make an informative decision of whether you want to buy the bed or not.
