Paul wasn't pushy and was extremely knowledge about the products available and what would be appropriate for us. The manager quickly spotted I needed help. Although I had no definite product in mind she quickly showed my choices and helped me to decide on the best quality for my needs. When I explained that I was a therapist with dedicated patient time she very quickly identified and made arrangements for delivery. She was pleasant and helpful and her support was much appreciated.
