Dreams - Southend

I have yet to receive the bed so don't know what condition it will be in, how helpful the delivery people will be, whether it will be delivered on the day arranged etc.

I got the item I wanted and service was good

I am always disatified when you spend a lot of money and have to pay for delivery

The only reason i was not 100%happy with my visit is that i felt the store could have been very slightly cleaner. I was 99% happy with he store and their was very little that they could have actually have improved on. I felt that some of the prices were a lot higher than i would have wanted to pay

Far to much paper work. 6 of the printed pages I took away from the store, I later received the same information via Email.

Unsure if we paid the best price we could have compared to other products we have seen and other places have offered 7 day delivery. Otherwise though the mattress we chose does seem really good from what we saw and tried in the shop and we were really pleased with the service we received. Charles had great product knowledge and was really helpful and really friendly. Exactly what you want when you purchase a product of this kind/value.

Nothing's perfect! No particular reason, nothing outstanding about our visit - did what it said on the tin and got what we wanted.

The only reason for not rateing highly was that we were told we couldn't cancel our order once placed only modify. This we found out afterwards is untrue. Could be viewed as misleading.

Waiting time of the product to arrive is three weeks, it's a bit to long.
