Not as much off mattresses as indicated in tv advert. Cheaper ones had more off

To be completely satisfied we would of liked a free collection and removal of our old bed, considering the amount we paid on the day. Saying that, we were given free delivery (assuming it is not free normally) and we're happy with that! We also liked the fact that we were not pressured to buy or discuss things when looking round the store. We were left to have our private discussion and we didn't feel like we were being chased, which we have felt in other bed stores. We were also offered a tea and coffee by the lady that dealt with us when we were trying to make a decision. Thank you Lynn from Southend Airport store!

The bed we selected was not available for us to see as the store wasn't big enough, so we had to select off a computer. Even though we have brought our bed we still have not finically seen it and this worries me

delivery was expected tuesday 22nd but when the drivers arrived at 2pm only to be told that the mattress had not been loaded, and that one of the bases for the divan was damaged. we therefore had to wait until christmas eve for the mattress to be delivered. they finally arrived at 9.30am. we understand that this was the fault of the factory where our our order was loaded and not the drivers. the new set of delivery drivers were very sorry for the trouble caused and for the delay.

Very good service, thought the cost of the goods purchased was a little expensive. Also purchase an extended warranty, informed by staff it is for 8 years, when in fact it states 5 years and the last 3 years is at the discretion of the company. Rang an spoke to the sales person who assured me the policy covered the hole 8 years. Do not 100% agreed, going on what the leaflet stated, time will tell.

We received a very good service by staff over the phone and their knowledge of the products was excellent. On arrival at the store to collect our item we were not disappointed. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Ended up spending £2,400 and would have hoped for more of a discount, but that said - delivery and disposal were waived
