We have purchased a bed, mattress and headboard, and were given the total cost which was within our budget. We were not asked if we wanted any insurance on the bed, but were told that our bed came with a 1 year warranty, and it had been extended to 8 years. At no point were we made aware, or asked if we wanted to include any insurance. Its too late now to change our mind as we did not notice this insurance until after the 2 days to change our minds. I wish I had said I wanted the order in hard copy rather than emailed to me and we would have questioned the extra cost.

Overall, the service was excellent, product knowledge was good and sales were comparable. As we have not received the product yet (due 1/4/16). We cannot comment fully on our experience. Disabled access around the store was good, and sales staff showed caring to my needs. In regard the product I think the only query would be on the cost of upgrading the tv on the bed as it is not in line with retail costs for that particular make and model. As dreams are bed specialists and not tv specialists I do not hold this against the product. Impressed with the 8 yr guarantee.

staff were great , just the point that most people work and it seems crazy that you cant offer people morning or afternoon slots for delivery, most people cannot pop home because a delivery is coming im hoping the staff in the shop have let the driver no he is suppose to be phoning me half hour before delivery is due , this means me coming home from work luckily I work out on the community and am flexable but this still means me coming home in the middle of my shift, and 20 miles crazy

I consider the price and the delivery period to be excessive, considering the cost of the item.

I was satisfied with the service provided, which is what should be expected in any retail outlet. Having said that, I am not sure what I would expect to take that to the next level, in which case you could say that I was highly satisfied

I was only shopping for a mattress and therefore cannot get overly excited by this. I was dealt with politely and by an experienced member of staff. I received the measure of service expected by a customer. To be highly delighted I would expect to receive massive discount, free delivery or immediate delivery not in three weeks time.
