I don't think highly satisfied should be given that's what I think to me I think mattresses are expensive and as we were buying two on for ourselves and on for my sister I spent over £2000 I think delivery should have been free

We were not in the shop for long but the service was very good. We were offered help and then left alone until we asked for it which is just how I like to shop. I didn't give Highly Satisfied simply because we found what we wanted very quickly and mattress was sold and we were out the shop within about 15 mins. It was a seamless purchase.

The only issue at all I had was being told by the salesman that i had to pay for delivery and would have to even if i purchased online. I then checked the website on my phone as was quoted free delivery for the product i wanted. That's not a great way to create a relationship with a customer but to be fair he did end up matching the free delivery. I would just rather sales people be honest.
