If the goods arrive on time and in good condition my response will shift to highly satisfied.

I was very happy with the service and product, however your delivery costs are fa too high and not competitive with other companies.

I find the range of products could be wider, I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for and the prices were relatively high

Only slight negative was a feeling of competitiveness between sales staff regarding who actually took my order which was slightly uncomfortable. The gentleman, Charles, who did take my order was extremely nice, no complaints at all.

Felt that the choice of head boards were restricted and the fact we ordered a king size mattress, Base, headboard, single bed, Base and head board that we could have got a higher discount

I did not put Highly Satisfied because until I receive the mattress and have tried it for a couple of weeks or so, I cannot possibly make a rating of the quality/suitability of the product.
