Did feel that we were pushed towards a tempur mattress over all others which are obviously more expensive.

The availability of metal frame beds was limited for the time frame in which I need this bed and because of this I have spent more that I was intending. It would have been nice to see more than the 2 metal bed frames in the showroom but do appreciate they have limited space

waiting time for bed on special offer!!!! thought would be available 2/3 week brought anyway as my son liked it

A good store in general. The team atmosphere felt a little tense which made the purchase time feel a little uncomfortable. One store assistant completely ignored his colleague whilst we were at the desk. Didn't look very professional. Products displayed well and our assistant Stan had good sales knowledge but he was dealing with two customers at once and therefore the actual purchase felt rushed.

Although there is alot of beds which all come in different sizes there isn't alot of single beds so you have to imagine what it would look like.

The salesman Stanley was very professional and couldn't have helped us more. His customer service and knowledge was exceptional. However, couldn't say the same for the manager. Stanley had also been speaking to other customers. We now had decided what mattress we wanted. Stanley then asked the manager if he was busy and he just replied yes. It was clear he actually wasn't because he then just went off and was wandering around the shop floor. Stanley obviously wanted to make sure the customers were happy and this was his priority. He asked us if it was ok to go and speak to the other customer and we replied it was no problem at all. Fantastic customer service. He then came back a couple of minutes later and processes our order with no problems at all. 10/10 for Stanley

This is the 3rd bed we have purchased from your store ,i am satisfied with the products i have purchased.

shopping is not a hobby, i dont enjoy shopping

Item I wanted was not available even though it was on show so had to accept a different option at a higher price.
