The assistant (Stanley) was brilliant, prioducts good, but store layout and signage were confusing and difficult to understand what exactly was on offer at what price.

When I came in the first time the sales person seemed so keen he wanted to offer us free items when I returned to make the purchase all the free items were no longer offered :(

To be honest we only popped in to get an idea about prices but ended up buying the top of the range bed package. To say highly satisfied would not describe the feeling.

The particular mattress and bed we initially wanted wasn't available in store to review however we were shown an alternative. Also there were IT glitches with the new barclays system and that meant repeating details numerous times

I was highly satisfied with the service that we received from a lovely man (I think his name was Stan?) who was professional and friendly and could not have done more for us. The only reason for a slightly lower score overall was that the bed we eventually bought was not displayed in store and we could only order by seeing a photo of it on-line. We were looking for a single bed for my daughters room, although there were no single beds on display at all! It would be helpful, even if there were double beds on display that also came in a single version, to actually be able to see it for real.

I was highly satisfied with the service but was a little disappointed at the time I have to wait for delivery and thought a charge of £28 a bit steep for removal of the old mattress.
