We were not given the pillows we had paid for. Told we should come and collect. No offer of delivery.

Probably due to the snow. The referral to Barclays for the credit agreement was delayed a couple of days, which meant I lost the delivery slot I wanted and had to go back to sign the docs once it was finally approved.

The customer service was helpful, we were shown different products and advised on each of them, we left alone to try out the mattresses but advised of where to find the sales person if we required anymore help. when we had made our decision we were dealt with quickly and politely.

Mainly the price which was higher than our expectations

Original order date had to be changed, unfortunately the bed was available for the new date but the headboard was not, it was down to us to actually talk to customer services regarding this, the sales assistant was very helpful and after a time spent on the computer we had the date we requested. This being the case I am extremely nervous that the headboard will not turn up the same time as the bed.

There is always room for improvement. I also wanted the bed/mattress sooner than was available, but then again, I'm quite impatient...

The service and friendliness were perfect. The prices were a bit high compared to only retailers (Casper, eve etc) but unlike them, you can try them out in store. It would be nice to have all pricing available on a tablet or other device there, or the employees to be equipped with tablets where they could show you pricing as you compared (mix and matched) products. This is all because Shelle (our Dreams person) was always going to the main computer to get pricing. This could improve the speed of work and reduce employee workload.

We are still awaiting delivery so do not feel able to rate the mattress at this time.

First person we asked to buy a mattress said they had no experience selling beds and to ask someone else to which we suggested she may like to find us someone!
