I just found the layout of the mattresses a bit jumbled but the colour coding did help.

We were more or less, left to look around the store. Which I guess, would be good if you don't want to be swamped. But we could not find the primary item we were looking for and it took a while till the staff noticed and came to help, after that, all ok.

We where looked after as soon as we went into the shop ... but not hassled the gentleman who helped us was very nice and explained everything in detail we were very impressed

I specifically requested no junk mail or marketing. And made a point to the salesman, I have paperwork to proof the point. Next day the junk begins, this is my only way of complaining, via the junk mail survey. Do you not understand, any unwanted mail is breaching your agreement. Do I have to go to court to stop this?
