The salesperson was not that friendly or informative, he got the job fone effciently but he was a bit robotic which is why I couldn't tick highly satisfied

The store was very quiet and I had to approach staff,who were standing around, for assistance. The member of staff was helpful but not overly attentive -

to be honest, on the first visit o the branch we spoke with the assistant manager, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very personable. On our return visit there was only one person in the shop and to be honest whilst the service wasn't that bad, it wasn't the best either. That's not to say he didn't off us to try out the pillows we were buying, he just didn't seem to bothered!

Not Dreams fault, but Barclays had a problem and couldn't process our finance plan which meant we had to wait around for over an hour, then we're told it was going to take another hour, so we went home and had to come back the following day to sign the agreement.

I visited after 6pm and there was only one representative available and two customers in the store, it would have been alot better if there were more people readily available to talk too
