Delivery time not being within 3 days

I was very happy, great service, I understand that not everything at this price are in stock, was hoping to only wait 2 weeks, not to worry

Overall it was a good experience - the lady was really helpful and we managed to locate what we wanted pretty easily. The only feedback I would give is the placing of the order in store took a little longer than expected but no overall concern

Well at the moment all seems OK as not had my matteress deliverd yet so cant say how to say good or bad ??

All staff were very helpful. However I would have liked clearer, more transparent pricing on display.

The website got as far as my address, then refused to recognise my town, though I searched by putting in my postcode. It would go no further, so I abandoned it and rang my nearest store, where they were very helpful.

I thought the customer service was excellent and Alex was highly knowledgeable, I didn't give HS as I haven't slept on my mattress yet

Until the product is delivered and slept upon don't want to commit.
