I don’t really have any grievance at all I would have like to pay less but that’s not the stores fault. The lady who assisted me was very helpful and very knowledgeable, very friendly and approachable. I said I wanted to go to a lower price and this was done she also provided me several options in my price range. I would have liked delivery to have been the next day rather than a week later, again not the fault of the sales assistant. The store was very clean, smelt fresh all the staff where happy to help and all the customers in the store were being seen too.

I would only be highly satisfied if I felt I was paying pennys for the items, Me being satisfied means we got a good deal and were treated very well.

I am probably being very picky here as the customer service was great. We were looking at two mattresses with a big difference in price. We have gone for the more expensive as it was more comfortable but I felt you lacked a mid point mattress. The cheaper was £299 and we paid £599.

The shop in southend really friendly staff and very helpful. I wish I could say the same about the delivery driver who delivered my Mattress. He was very rude and seemed like it was too much of an inconvenience to take my mattress up stairs to my bedroom.

Not all items were in the offer. Not all mattresses completely clean. Extra charge for Saturday delivery

100% service from paul in southend airport store

Paul was lovely very helpful and purchased a mattress. Sadly the Yardley bed I wanted in grey was out of stock so no delivery date available (I will probably shop somewhere else for the frame). Also lack of availability for mattress delivery, 3 week days were unavailable so I'm waiting 16 days which is more then I wished to wait.

Too difficult

Misleading 20% off sign led us to believe our matters would be discounted but it wasn’t. Deal done on pillows could have been a bit better given 2 pillows and mattress being ordered and the confusion with the discount.
