Dreams - Southend

It takes a lot to say very satisfied buying such a product. Staff saw I have a disability and I mentioned it light-heartedly, but no possible way mentioned to help me lay on beds and get assistance getting up. So my wife laid and I sat on side of the bed to test. The prices were a bit of a shock especially them being sale prices. But in fairness was about 11 years since our last mattress from Dreams. Other than this all was a good experience.

I was very satisfied with all aspects of choosing my new bed at dreams just found the word highly a little ott on some questions.

We had fantastic assistance who were friendly and had a great understanding of the products, the store is a little shabby (not messy) and Dreams prices are higher than most retailers

We were satisfied but I cannot quote anything about the goods we ordered as we have not recieved them yet. We were highly satisfied by the staff and the speed of our purchase.

The automated process for credit application did not allow for accurate entry of residency duration, causing a >24 hour delay for that to be finalised. Little to no allowance given to the sales assistant for them to discount items to complete a sale, I don't want discount on incidentals I want a discount to be given on the bigger ticket items.

Realistically I was satisfied overall, I simply can’t say I was highly satisfied as I’m giving an honest opinion, this is my opinion, there are no specific reasons

No example of the product, website and store were unable to tell me all the dimensions for the product (even though d and e marked as measurements on the diagram, lengths not given) no time frame given for the bed frame and told i had to wait to be contacted.

The colleague stated it was only her second day, so she had to find out answers.

At the time of this survey the item had not been delivered so not able to be precise with review apart from a bit expensive.

I was satisfied with my visit.
