It was excellent if a little pricey. The assistant was very helpful. The bed l chose had a 6 week wait so i picked another. It's lovely but there is a big gap which meant that the pillows continually fell through. My husband had to adapt it.

Only 2 mattresses in the store for me to try. As against 5 online which you cannot try which is not satisfactory.
