It felt like the sleep match machine was just a gimmick. The results of which were firm or medium ie two thirds of mattresses available. On placing the order I asked if there was any further reductions available as my husband and I both work for the NHS but was disappointed to be told there wasn't. Many other retail companies are offering discounts to NHS workers.

Although we said what we wanted, we were still shown beds that we didn't want.

I was spending money in your store and was quite satisfied with the experience and goods on offer. I do not have to be 'highly satisfied' to count as a customer who will return to your shop.
