We came to the store with our 2 children who are 3 & 4, nether seen a bed shop before, so you could imagine what they where like. The first 2 shop assistance didn’t make it easy for us and we where ready to leave, then Paul came up to us and told us that our children where find and it was ok for them to be excited. He made us feel welcomed and helped us pick a mattress which we bought. Thank you Paul.

The only thing lacking at the Dreams location we visited was soft mattresses. We were interested in trying a couple softer mattress types to get a feel for the differences between soft, medium and firm.

I was satisfied with the customer service and all other aspects. To be highly satisfied I would of liked a hefty discount, cup of tea and some biscuits! What do you want from this feedback? To be honest buying the product was fine, these feedback questions are a little tedious

The measures put in place to slow or stop the spread of Covid was very poor. I didn’t see any member of staff sanitize their hands even once! I felt like the man who served me wasn’t very polite and didn’t understand the computer system you use. He first said that I only need to pay the deposit of 25 pounds and then I ended up having to pay 85 pounds. I feel a bit confused and I expected better customer service.
