Staff were everything I would have expected

My mother is 87 years old, and wanted to purchase a new bed. She is blind and physically disabled. We was offered a tea or coffee when we arrived, which we thought was very nice. My mother wanted to view a bed, but there were other beds in the way of my mother's mobility aid, and very quickly this was spotted by Sales Assistance Stanley, and he made my mothers viewing easier by moving the other showroom bed stock around, and made room for her to view the bed easier,which really helped. Stanley (at the Southend Airport Store) help us choose the new bed by, NOT BEING PUSHY. He was relaxed, calm, knowledgeable about the product, understanding my mother's need's, listening to her, and not ignoring her because of her age. (Which we have found in the past with other large stores) Over all we both felt that Stanley was excellent, and would recommend this dreams store and Stanley again. 100% perfect Sales Person. The assistant (Janet) was very helpful and knowledgeable but not overwhelming or pushy. She offered practical advice and the whole ordering system was very fast.

The service I received was excellent .my daughter and I were offered refreshments which was a nice touch. We were advised to try a range of different types of matress .and it so happened that there was a sale item standing in the corner that my daughter spotted .The staff took an existing matress off a base and placed this sale item on it for me to try and lucky for me it was similar to the one I first was happy with .so as money was tight for me I chose that one .and with my savings can now decorate too .Thankyou very much .I'm so looking forward to my new matress and bedroom I've been a customer of yours in the past and highly recommend you . I was satisfied

Nothing is perfect. But very pleased with our assistant Porchia she was very pleasant.

Discounts are never as good as advertised! We did receive a discount on our mattress.

Approached TOO quickly but not a major issue. Member of staff was great with the kids and helpful. Delivery time ideally could have been slightly quicker than 4 working days, but I do understand logistics etc
