Customer service was speedy and well informed. Previous experience in the store gave us confidence to return again for this purchase. The store is in a convenient place and parking is very easy for a disabled person

The staff member that served me was very helpful in explaining the product I was purchasing, very patient while I made up my mind to if I was going to purchase. I did not feel pressured or rushed.

We were looking for a new mattress and Stanley helped us to understand all the products in the showroom. This was particularly useful and definitely helped us to make our decision there was no pressure to buy. We tried out nearly all the different types of mattresses and purchased a suitable one for us

We had visited the store before to purchase a bed and the Salesman 'Stanley' had been extremely helpful so we returned to purchase some new matresses. Stanley served us again and as per the previous time he was extremely helpful and guided us on what was available and in the price range we were looking at. Once we had decided on our purchase the transaction was completed efficiently with Stanley keeping us informed on what we were signing for whilst making sure the order and delivery date was correct.
