Dreams - Southend

The staff were attentive and helpful and knew the products really well. We were assisted by Neil and Charles, both of whom were really helpful, although Neil was the one who talked us through all the products, Charles processed our purchase as Neil was busy with other customers. Overall a highly satisfactory experience - we thought we were going to have to shop around a lot more for our new bed, but we purchased after only comparing with one other store!

We were served by Paul who was most helpful and spent some time with us make the right choice for our needs. He never encouraged us to spend more than we wanted but did give us every option available to us.

The assistant knew what he was talking about, very informative & very polite, listened & understood our requirements, made buying a mattress very unstressfull , we brought our last bed & mattress at Dreams 10 years ago we did not shop around this time , straight back to Dreams & knew we could get what we wanted there

The sales person Mr. Stan was really helpful, patient to our questions, showed us options, spoke interestingly and processed our order quickly and efficiently by explaining all terms in detail. We made numerous visits to the store but Stan greeted and treated us with same enthusiasm.

The assistant Stanley, was one of the most helpful and pleasant sales assistants we have ever dealt with. He was knowledgeable, and not a bit pushy. We have found in other stores, really pushy sales people and it's puts you off, We buy people first! We really liked his approach. When purchasing such an expensive item, we have to be sure that it's right for us and he really helped us.

Paul the sales advisor was knowledgeable, friendly & happy to help with all of our questions. There was no pressure to buy & we were even offered a cup of tea whilst we tried out mattresses & pillows. Paul gave us enough space to appreciate what suited our needs.

Our experience in your store was very pleasant one. We knew what we wanted and the Sales Assistant was very helpful in helping us make our choice. He also had very good knowledge in the products he was selling, and also did not put any pressure on us to buy anything on that day. Service with a cup of tea and a smile made the whole experience a Real Pleasure !!!! Will return to make another purchase and recommend your store to others.

The colleague, Stanley was very helpful on our first visit the day before, and advised us of all the products in our request. When we returned today he greeted us and remembered our requirements, he was very informative and not at all pushy.
