Paul the man that showed us around was very pleasant and very knowledgable. He was very polite and very helpful when filling out the forms.

Firstly I would like to pick out one employee in particular Paul at the Southend store. What an absolute credit to your company. His knowledge and manner with the customers was second to none. Not pushy at all and even advising maybe a slightly more expensive option wasn’t necessary the best thing. If people can be awarded bonuses etc please can you make sure he is one. Thanks Paul for your highly efficient service.

We received brilliant customer experience when we arrived and made sure we knew what suited us through the sleep experience.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We took up the offer to try the sleep match machine and found it a lovely experience and helpful in choosing our mattress. I was very hot whilst in the shop, not being used to wearing a mask for long periods and the assistant got me a cold bottle of water which was a really nice gesture. I found the whole process a pleasure.

Kelly was super efficient and attended to all our needs and requests as well as allow time for us to discuss it together without feeling pressured.

The young lady was extremely courteous and polite and dealt with all the questions we had professionally We have always bought from you and now our son and mother in law have too on our recommendation

Cleanliness of the store, friendliness of the staff, excellent service and Covid-19 awareness. A pleasure to enter the store and come away in the knowledge my wife and I had purchased the correct product for us.
