Dreams - Southend

When l entered the shop pulling my heavy bag l was welcomed by a smiling member of the staff called Lynn. I felt as if l heard known her for a long time the way how she was helping me. I was undecided what to buy . As she is professionally trained she assisted me and l bought what l have been looking for. Therefore Lynn keep it up. I will come again l have already told my friends to come and buy at Dreams there is good service. You get what you want.

The prompt help without being over powering to start. Once the staff knew our needs directed us to the beds we required, and then explaining each item of bed, mattress etc to what we required. Smooth transaction to purchase the item, including understanding each stage. Very impressed.

They are a friendly bunch of people at the Dreams shop where we go, It is the shop at Southend Airport. Always civil and political not only to us but, other customers are made welcome in there too.

This was my first visit to a Dreams Store and I found the experience to be very satisfactory and the staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the items that they sold to me.

The moment I walked in I was greeted by Stan with a friendly smile and he asked me if I would like a tea while I was looking around. While I was choosing my mattress Stan advised me on the different types and let me try out the beds. I can't express how helpful he was and had such knowledge. I ended up buying an amazing mattress which I am so pleased with. I was allowed to look around at my own pace but have Stan their ready to ask any questions. I've never been into a shop before and asked if I would like a cup of tea, it was such a nice touch. I would highly recommend dreams to anyone. I work for an extremely large company and will recommend to everyone.

Very friendly and helpful staff, products set out well so very easy to find what you are looking for, quicker delivery times than other places.

The sales assistant was very helpfull and explain the different types of mattresses available, very well. Would have liked more in the range we wanted, to choose from but realise space is an issue. Very impressed with the speed with which the item is to be delivered, usually wait weeks for things to come, just hope that when it arrives it is as good as it seemed.
