Lynn was very helpfully and made my shopping experience pleasure able.

Was looking for a replacement bed, tried dreams just to see what was available, was surprised by the choice and availability, made the decision to purchase there and then.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful which made our instore experience very pleasurable.

Lynn was very helpful. We visited the day before and she took the time to explain the product to us. The next day we returned, she was still hands-on ready to help us and even gave us coffee.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, although we were going to shop around we found what we were looking for straight off.

We were given relevant information advice of all products and time to make a decision was very satisfied with customer service.

The range of mattresses available to try in the store was good. The colleague (Stanley) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, we even got a cup of tea !! We were also impressed with the 30 night returns policy. Also, assuming it happens, the delivery schedule is far quicker than we were expecting.

Stanley, who assisted me was really professional, friendly and patient. This is the first bed I have bought for myself and so it was really important that I got the right one, he spent a long time showing me certain beds that were in my "wants" criteria, but when we found that they were a bit out of my budget he showed me some alternative solutions, one of which was perfect! He then took a step back whilst I decided on mattresses, but still gave me all the information I required to make the right decision for me. The whole process (although long because I take my time when making a decision) was an absolute pleasure.
