Dreams - Southend

I can't thank Dreams enough for my experience in buying my new bed. This is the first bed I have personally bought for myself. I was approached by the sales man on my first visit (Stan). He did not hassle me but ensured he was available should I need some guidance. It took me some time to make my mind up on my purchase, so I went back on a separate occasion to just ensure I was making the right decision. It was nice that Stan remembered me, and I felt valued at this point. His knowledge of the Tempur bed I purchased was excellent, and he was able to answer all my questions. The manager Charlie was also extremely helpful and again there was no pressure in the sale, they made us coffee whilst me and my partner were debating our the decision. I cannot recommend this particular Dreams store more highly enough. Stan is real credit to your Business and Charlie upon leaving advised it was a pleasure meeting us even if we didn't make a purchase. Little things like this make a real difference. Thank you Dreams, I cannot wait to spend my first night in my new bed!

Having viewed your website (compared to Bensons) We went to store at southend Airport. we were greeted by a very polite man, who made us feel welcome. He was not pushy, so having viewed, we asked for assistance. He was so helpful. His knowledge and understanding of all the beds in store was what we needed . I did not feel pressured, or obliged to purchase. we found our DREAM bed. Without the help of the shop assistant we would possibly have made the wrong choice.. We enjoyed our visit. The assistant, Stan, made it fun.

The layout was perfect. The gentleman who served us, Stanley, was not pushy. He left us to view but made us clear that he was there to help but no pressure. We asked questions. He was so friendly, trustful and comical. This made our visit a pleasure. His knowledge of all products made our choice so easy. We learnt so much more than your tele advert shows. Therefore we have bought a new bed. Can't wait for delivery. Thank you

I needed a good bed quickly and Charlie was very helpful in finding just what I needed.

Sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgable about products I was interested in. I didn't feel pressurised to buy the item by the salesman as you do sometimes do in other shops.

We were greeted on our arrival and asked if we knew what we were after. All mattress types were explained in detail to us. Stanley was extremely helpful and friendly. A drink was offered while we deliberated. After testing the comfort we came to a fairly rapid conclusion on the type of mattress best suited. No pressure sale, which is something I particularly dislike. In addition we also purchased the Pippa bed.
