Sales advisor was very helpful, she understood our needs, she was listening to what I wanted, sales advisor answered questions relating my order, very pleased

The assistant Lynn was very helpful and knowledgeable without being "hard-sell". We were not hurried in our testing of the various mattresses in the store.

Lynn was very friendly, and service was prompt

We were not pressurised into buying but we're allowed to take our time.

Paul answered all of my questions, gave me the advice I was looking for and the time to try various mattresses to allow me to choose the right one for me.

Today my adviser was Stanley. I did not know the type of mattress that I was looking to buy and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I thought that this would be a difficult process but Stanley's advice really helped and made the process of buying a new mattress fun. I also bought 10 year guarantee and also a tempur pillow.

We returned to the showroom today after looking on the 23rd May. Neil was very friendly and knowledgeable listened to our needs and showed us several different beds that fitted them. Neil went through the sale extensively explaining everything that was included in the sale. We went away very satisfied that we have made the right choice. P.S unfortunately the show room Teddy was not available if he needs a good home think of me.
