Dreams - Southend

I bought my new mattress purely as a whim probably down to Stanley the assistant who served me .He was very efficient and explained things well .Also I liked the option to return after I have slept on the mattress.I have just taken delivery exactly on the time advised first thing in the morning and Christian and his assistant who delivered the mattress were also very helpful and accommodating .I am now looking forward to sleeping on it to night .Overall a very good experience .

We got what we wanted at the price we wanted to pay and without spending all day in the store.

As soon as we entered the store we were met by a friendly member of staff who gave us full information regarding the style of bed we were after. A very quick and efficient transaction

Me and my partner were highly satisfied with the Dreams store at Southend Airport, this is our first time buying a bed together and was in desperate need of one, Lynn greeted us and was very approachable, she asked if we needed help and what we were looking for, when we had told her what we were looking for she guided us upstairs to look at the different bed frames and mattresses where we had found one we liked, she talked us through the beds we had pointed out and showed us how the draws open etc and spoke to us about each product. She gave us time to let us look around and talk. When we had made our decision she was happy to sit down with us and talk about our bed, she told us everything we needed to know such as delivery and warranty, she let us pick our delivery slot and talked through what we were about to sign. Me and my partner are very pleased with the customer service in this store and we are very excited about our new bed which should be delivered soon.

We had been looking on line at bed and mattress but when we layed on the mattress see see it wasn't what we was looking for and Paul helped us see other mattresses when we said what we was looking for

we were greeted by a very pleasant salesman who gave his name as paul ,he was extremely helpful in finding me what I wanted even though he did not have one in the shop ,he explained the reason for my having to wait for my order to be received from the manufacturer but that I would receive it has soon as your warehouse did.a cup of tea was given to me,all in all a very nice experience shopping with you . ca wall.
