We felt we were free to browse and under no obligation or pressure to buy. The assistant Paul was really helpful and knowledgeable in pointing us in the right direction for what we wanted. We did find what we hope is the perfect bed frame and mattress and are looking forward to them being delivered this week.

There was no fuss about anything, the staff were quick to introduce themselves and offer help. Very friendly, answering all our questions. Left us to test out the beds but checked back regularly. Once decided he could not have been more helpful. Excellent service.

I went to shop for a new single bed. Paul, your colleague listened to what I needed and then gave me several options, prices and knew what he was talking about.

We found a suitable product very easily, thanks to the way the different mattresses are colour-coded. Also, the Salesman who assisted us was very helpful without being pushy.

We were allowed to browse for a few minutes then asked politely if we required any assistance. The gentlemen was very knowledgable about your products

Our assistant Lynn in the Southend store was highly attentive. Offering us a beverage and even toast as we joked about having a nap and she had just bought a loaf and said she'd bring us tea and toast after a nap! Haha She listened to what I needed as I have a bad back and explained all the different types of bed and recommended which might be the best for me. I actually really enjoyed my experience shopping for a bed.
