i HAVE VISITED THE STORE ON TWO OCASSIONS AND ON BOTH VISITS THE STAFF HAVE BEEN PERFECTLY CHARMING. ATTENTIVE BUT NOT TOO INTRUSIVE OR PUSHY. BOTH MEMBERS OF STAFF WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE REGARDING THE PRODUCTS. ON THE FIRST VISIT WE WERE NOT MADE TO FEEL WE HAD WASTED ANYONE'S TIME WHEN WE DECIDED TO GO AWAY AND THINK ABOUT IT. INDEED IT WAS BECAUSE OF THIS WE CAME BACK TO PLACE AN ORDER.

The assistance the sales man (John) gave me was good, he was not to pushy which I can find off putting. He listened to my needs and understood I was purchasing on a budget for a guest bedroom but still required quality goods. I was offered the opportunity to guarantee the mattress at a discount as I had chosen a mattress protector to go with the bed. When I turned this down John did not try to coerce me into changing my mind as many sales assistance do in other stores. Delivery date was set easily and explanation on how to change this if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Overall a pleasant and friendly experience.

Not hassled when entering shop and allowed to walk around without feeling pressured to make a purchase and allowed to try all products and very helpful staff that were very knowledgeable and easy to relate to

Stanley, who assisted me in my purchase was absolutely wonderful. I had visited Dreams a few months before and was looking at beds and bedroom furniture. He took the time to explain and show me the items that I was looking for. Last Fridah (3/7/15) Stanley helped me place my order and was able to get my purchase delivered before I go on holiday. He took the time out to listen to me as well as h.lp me. Wonderful service. If all sales people where like him, products/items would be more sold.

We were greeted quickly by Lynn who asked what we were looking for and we told her our budget and what we were looking for and she showed us all the options and explained everything thoroughly she helped us work out the finance and very kindly gave us free delivery and a 10 year guarantee free which was very helpful as finances are tight, everything was explained really well and it was all ordered very quickly, Lynn was very friendly and helpful throughout she found us exactly what we wanted within our budget well done Lynn. As I entered the store I was greeted by the assistant who asked if she could help me and what did I require. She gave me several options and demonstrated the items and I chose what I required. Not having bought a bed for some time I was surprised at the price of mattresses which brought the bed up to a considerable price, however I wanted a mattress to last and I was satisfied with the choice. I was shown everything on the computer that was ordered before I agreed to the sale. I did feel valued as a customer and I would certainly go back to this particular store.

As soon as we entered the store we were made to feel welcomed, we were assisted as soon as we needed it. Lynn accommodated our needs brilliantly and listened to us when we asked for a longer delivery date due to building work and holiday. The rest of the staff were very friendly towards my 6 year old Son.

We wanted a bed frame and a rough idea of what we wanted but unsure over whether to choose a metal or wooden one. We also needed a mattress but again, other than we wanted a made in UK one, we were unsure of the differences. Paul at the Southend branch was extremely helpful and showed us on screen examples of bed frames not in the store. We then proceeded to try out the mattresses and found that a traditional one with pocket springs was ideal. Although it was the most expensive of all those we tried, we never felt the least pressured. In fact we nearly went for a cheaper one with a memory foam topping until I asked to try a traditional mattress. Paul was most knowledgeable in explaining the differences and my husband, who loathes shopping, was also very happy with the experience.
