My husband and I just popped into your Southend airport branch to have a look . Your staff member Stan defiantly knows his job and we were that impressed we ordered our bed and mattress straight away. He didn't give us any over sale . He seemed to understand what we needed showing us different beds and there purposes making it easier to choose . He seems to be a man who obviously enjoys his job and knows what his talking about . Great experience Thank you .

We went to this store to buy a bed for our son. The range of products and the prices were fully explained to us, plus the availability for delivery.

I was approached after a short while by a very friendly and knowledgable assistant named Charles Froud. He was polite and was able to answer all my questions regarding the types of beds, pricing and overall helped me identify the type of bed I need.

Stanley came across very professional with excellent product knowledge , we did not feel pressurised in anyway to make a purchase but due to Stanley's advise and patience we feel confident with the order we have placed

I came into the store specifically to find/try a new mattress, I was greeted and immediately and the member of staff spent lots of time with me while I tried out all the mattresses. I was offered a drink ad lots of advice with regards to mattresses. I was easily able to make a decision and purchase a mattress. I left the store very happy and can't wait for my mattress to be delivered.

The assistant was friendly, patient and sensitive to my disability needs.

Helpful staff who did not try to sell me a product that I did not want but helped me choose myself from the stock that was indicated and would meet my requirements. I then had to alter the delivery date I had chosen and was able to do this (colleague Charles)

Great sales staff help in talking about options for my tempur bed. Manager was polite and very helpful and professional manner. These were the reasons I chose to buy my bed on this day.
