We were served by Paul. He was terrific! Very attentive, helpful and charming.

It was a quick easy purchase. We told Paul exactly what we wanted and he sorted it out for us straight away. He gave us advise and explained everything clearly and concisely. I like the fact that I could have the invoice emailed directly to me.

I walked in very drained and unhappy and after purchasing all our items with stanley i left laughing and extremely happy, actually made me and my partners day .

We were given good advice and explanations about the different beds, and were able to take our time trying out the different levels of firmness. The fact that there is the 39 day return period is hugely reassuring, because it adds peace of mind if the choice was wrong, without having to worry about the expense of replacement.

In particular the salesman who was dealing with us was particularly knowledgeable, welcoming, patient and not pushy which made the whole experience more relaxing. This in turn made us both feel we wanted to do business with Dreams. He should be congratulated on doing a great job.

The sales person Lynn was extremely helpful, had a good product knowledge and did not rush us.

We were given honest advice and encouraged to try the different beds for comfort.

We had previously visited and had a specific bed and mattress in mind - on our second visit we were advised by Paul of the complete range and within half an hour had decided on a completely bed, mattress and headboard - which was by the way slightly cheaper than our original idea.
