Dreams - Southend

We were served by someone called Jake who we were told was very new to the store. From the minute we walked in to when we left jake was very friendly, very knowledgable and genuinely a lovely man. My 9 month baby took a shine to him and he took the time to pay her attention whilst serving us. We had been to a few bed shops and to be honest james friendliness and customer service is what made us buy the bed and frame from yourselves. He explained to us about the different types of mattresses which none of the other shops did, I haven’t brought a bed for about 5 years so had no idea what I was talking about. He had never done a finance agreement on his own so got a colleague to assist him and he was brilliant. Overall we were really pleased and I feel jake should receive a lot of praise for his customer service and I feel that he will be a very valued member of the dreams workforce.

Neil was extremely helpful. I took advantage of the mattress identifier. I had gone in hoping to buy an adjustable bed, but Neil explained that once it has been assembled it is excessively heavy and I wouldn’t be able to move it on my own. That gave me food for thought and, with his advice, I chose an Ottoman bed frame instead with a mattress as previously selected. The buying process was extremely painless and I was able to select a delivery day that suited me. Overall, an excellent process from the minute I walked into the shop to the moment I left.

Excellent delivery time. we were allowed the freedom to 'try' the various types of mattress. we found the exact right choice of pillow to go with our purchase, following both advice and a 'try' of the various types of pillow. All in all a very satisfying and productive visit culminating in the purchase of both a bed base and a mattress. (When we started our visit only looking for a mattress).

Kelly was brilliant, she was friendly, professional and had a very good knowledge of products and service available, she was available throughout our visit to the store but equally gave us space to look around by ourselves. Great customer service.
