I found the member of staff that served me extremely helpful and efficient.

Receiving quality information about the bed and the mattress we wanted. The in-depth knowledge of the sales person. The ease of placing the order and the speed with which the order will be delivered. A big plus for us was the service you provide in taking the existing, unwanted bed away for a nominal fee. I understand too that the new bed will be unwrapped, assembled and the packaging taken away. Excellent service. Thank you.

I was served by Stanley at the Southend airport branch. He was helpful, professional but chatty and had a good sense of humour, which put me at ease. He found the product I was looking for and explained about the interest free credit. He also made clear the delivery time as it was a bed from your handmade range. I was asked if there was anything else I needed or wanted to know. I was also given a coffee while the credit was set up. Around good service.

Assistant was extremely helpful but not over powering. Showed us exactly what we were looking for and told us all the options when buying our new bed.

Friendly knowledgeable assistant David at Southend airport store. Wasn't pushy at all . Previously spoke to him earlier in the week , came back for a second look with my husband , ended up with different bed than previously seen but feel confident in my choice. Can't wait for our new bed

Whilst we were browsing, the salesman Charles asked if he could be of assistance to us, then gave us the information we requested and said he would leave us to look around and just ask if we needed any further help. Not pushy but extremely helpful. He then gave us a breakdown and explanation of the construction of the mattresses. When we had made a choice your salesman was very efficient and completed the sale, quickly including a choice of delivery dates. All in all a good experience in your Rochford store
