I had visited the store a few days before and spoke to Paul. When I returned on the Sunday with my partner he recognised me and came straight over to help. He was very friendly and very helpful and helped us to make the best choices for us and was very patient. The other staff in store were very friendly as well.

We found Stanley at the Southend Retail Park store, very personable and was most helpful. He understood our requirements and was able to assist us in purchasing 2 beds.
