Excellent salesperson service - busy store but felt that I was most important person and did not feel rushed. Really friendly - did not feel bad asking too many questions. Very good salesperson - not overly pushy!

The item we wanted was not on display but after giving Lynn a vague description of the item we had seen previously she quickly found it on line and knew that she had one in stock. Excellent knowledge and service

Your employee, Stan, was very helpful, friendly and accommodating in assisting us to complete the purchase of our new bed. We were offered tea too! Prompt delivery of our purchase has been confirmed, which we are very happy with! Overall an excellent transaction!

My daughter and I walked in, were offered assistance straight away and told which area to look for the sort of mattress we needed. we tried 2 or 3 and immeditalely decided on a mattress, the assistant, Paul, was very informative and knowledgeable and the order was completed within approximately 15 minutes of us entering the store - something i have been putting off for months as i hate shopping, but it was an easy and pleasant experience!

Walked in the store and both sales assistants were busy but within minutes one came over and it was the person I had phoned (Stan) before asking whether they would dismantle our two 2'6" beds that were bolted together and assemble our new ottoman tempur bed as I was going in hospital for major surgery in September and as my husband is unwell. No problems whatsoever which really put my mind at rest. Very helpful and even carried my new pillow and green disposal bag out to the car. Well done for customer service.
