The salesman Stan was very helpful . It's been our 3rd visit to the store in 18 months and Stan has served us each time. Very nice,helpful man .

The staff made sure that our visit to the store was a positive one, with the woman we placed the order with being extra friendly and helpful, and she even had a few jokes with us. She helped us place our order efficiently and explained some things that I wasn't sure of, which I've found in different shops always seems to irritate the staff, however the woman that served us was more than happy to help.

We were encouraged to try out the beds without feeling pressured. Helpful information given when we needed it.

The products are of good quality and reasonable prices. The staff have good customer care.

Stan at Southend served us and we could not have asked for a more knowledgeable understanding person. He was not hard sales trying to give us everything to get a sale like other stores we had visited but he wanted us to try and feel the beds in our own time until we were happy with our choice. I am very glad Stan approached us and was very very happy with his service.

It was a breath of fresh to receive such positive, helpful and polite customer service. The focus was on my needs as a customer not about selling the most expensive beds but about recommending me the most suitable beds for my needs. As a repeat customer of Dreams I will not hesitate in ordering again. Overall I am really impressed with the Southend store and Charles in particular.

The store was fairly busy but we were able to get the attention of a member of staff when we needed more information. The staff member was pleasant, provided all the information we required, suggested other options we had not considered and made the whole process of buying 2 bed bases a pleasant , stress-less experience. The ordering process was thorough but did not take too long and we were provided with several delivery dates in the not too distant future.
