Friendly staff with a good product knowledge no pressure to buy.

My wife and i were Highly Satisfied because the bed comes with the comfort and quality also in the size that suits us perfectly. We are anxiously waiting on our delivery to do all the wonders left to your imagination in that bed☺

We went into the store a few days before we made our purchase to have a look we were given advice on the different mattresses that were available. We were able to try them all out and we said we would have a think and return at the weekend. We were under no pressure to make a purchase which is good don't like sales people who are too pushy. We went back today and saw Stanley who we saw previously and bought our bed.

As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by Lynn who was very professional in her approach and patient as I took a while to settle on the bed and mattress I wanted. She was very helpful in showing me around the store and the options that fitted my budget.

Very attentive staff, made suggestions and helped us choose the right bed without being pushy. Explained order process clearly.

We were met on entry, our needs questioned, recommendations made, products show and differences explained, Paul did not rush us, was everything one would want in a salesman.

Stanley was very personable, knowledgable and willing to give a friendly service without pressuring us.

Stanley our sales person was really friendly and was highly knowledgeable about the products and helped us to pick the best mattress for us. Most importantly he was also fun to be around and he took the sting out of spending so much money.

Had all the offers advertised and lady extremely helpful in assisting our decision.
