We had a. Mattress from Dreams 9 years ago very satisfied now needs replacing so we are back

Bed just been delivered. must praise Leo and Dexter who delivered the bed. They were great, very helpful and careful with the difficult task of getting beds up and down the stairs. Very nice and friendly and told us how to prepare the new bed for use. You have two great staff members.

Helpful staff, particularly Lynn who was happy to give us the time we needed to choose the right products.

Went in expecting the usual average service of a national store. Actually received a first rate service. No complaints at all. A very pleasant surprise.

We had a lovely experience. Neil was helpful and friendly without being intimidating. He listened to what we wanted and helped steer us to what we needed rather than just trying to sell us more and more expensive things. We had loads of time to try out the mattress, compare it with others and try the different types of pillows. We were offered tea or coffee and didn't feel rushed at all. We're very excited about our new mattress arriving.

Neil the store assistant was knowledgable, helpful but not pushy. We knew nothing about maytresses but he spent time showing us the options and couldnt have been nicer. A credit to Dreams!

Stan at rochford, dreams, was v attentive. I had a Short amount of time to purchase 2 singles and 1 super king bed for a holiday home. He understood My needs for value yet comfort, and explained The pros and cons if the beds I looked at. Overall V pleased but can't believe you charge delivery fee When you don't online. I could have taken a picture Of the bed detas and then gone online. If you don't Want to lose your stores you have to offer same Terms as online.
