Help when we needed it but left alone to make a decision with my husband.

As soon as we entered the store we was greeted by a lovely gentleman called Paul. We told him specifically what we wanted and he was able to guide us through the ranges and options available. Unfortunately they did not have the mattress we wanted in store, however Paul showed us some which were very similar. He gave us a lot of information about the mattress and bed frame we were after, from which we were able to confirm for ourselves that they were the right products for us. Overall we couldn't fault the service and we will be recommending them in the future.

very friendly , very attentive without being over the top , good product knowledge and willing to spend time with me , only though I was buying a pillow . However I have seen a bed I like and will be back to purchase it and another bed for my father in law , only reason being salesperson was not coming on to strong with sales patter .

Paul was very helpful and friendly and listened to our needs.

We were allowed a few minutes to be in the store to climatise and be aware of what was in the store , we were not pounced upon, always a bonus. After a short time we were approached by a friendly, calm mannered assistant by the name of Stanley. He explained in lay man's terms the different mattress types available. He inquired what we might have in mind, he listened then recommended some possible items that may suit our needs. The balance between being left by ourselves to try as many mattresses as we liked and receiving advice and information was right for us. At no times did we feel pressurised and our needs were the assistance priority not the sale. Choosing to buy then the process was then efficient. Whilst with Stanley I felt there was a good team ethos amongst his colleagues.

Stanley was warm, friendly and inviting. He was not in our faces, but helpful and understanding of all our ( mine and my 8 year old son) needs in terms of bed with a guest bed under it. He was humorous (in a positive way!) and pitched everything perfectly. Overall he was completely excellent at his job and it was a pleasure to have met him

We visited the Southend store just to view, price up and compare. This was our only bed store visited with intention of visiting others. We were welcomed, without imposing, by Stanley. He then listened to our requirements and with his knowledge of the products guided around numerous options. Never pushy and always attentive and helpful, ready to give advice and refreshingly honest approach. We must have spent 2 hours weighing up our options and not once did we feel pressured by Stanley (or the other friendly store staff) or a burden. Having decided on the chosen mattress and bed we also took out the add-on warranties. We not only did not shop around elsewhere despite Dreams having high prices. Our intention was to compare and even consider online sellers but the service, reassurances of 40 day peace of mind and excellent approach and friendly nature of Stanley we spent more than we had expected but are confident in our purchase.

We were welcomed as soon as entering the Southend Airport store by Paul. He explained beds to us but then left us in peace to browse, unless WE asked for help. We were in the store one and half hours but we feel time well spent. The delivery was fast we ordered Friday pm and the mattress arrives Monday. We are looking forward to receiving this. The only thing we found costly was the delivery charge and the price for taking the old mattress away to the cost of £39.00 each item = £78.00 so we will take our old mattress to the tip.

The assistant was efficient courteous and very helpful even carrying our purchase out to our car for us..much appreciated as I have only recently undergone major surgery

all round service was very good very helpful in helping us choose our new mattress. We had not made a very good choice in our last purchase on line so we were determined to find the right mattress for us. We were guided round the store by Paul and Charles who we found most helpful in our choice of a new mattress thank you.
