Customer service assistant was very helpful and polite. He gave us time to make a decision without being pushy .

Good customer service

Assistant was knowledgable knowing what was available and how to mix and match for my requirements. I was not pressurised into making any decisions after being given the options. For someone who absolutely hates shopping the experience was calm and quite pleasant.

Salesman "Stanley" very helpful, not too pushy gave us time to look and test mattresses and gave us Useful information on value, quality of mattresses. Made it easier to make our choice on what was best for us.

I visited the Southend Airport branch. We were assisted by Stan- he was very knowledgeable about the range and gave brilliant customer service. We are buying another mattress next year and will definitely come back to Dreams.

We came away with the right bed for us

Stanley was very knowledgeable about the products but was also both friendly and helpful without being overpowering. After explaining the way to select the correct bed for us he then let us browse without being pushy. When we were ready he was available to take our order.

Lynn the Dreams colleague at the Southend airport store was very helpful, she knew everything about the products and was keen to help, she had plenty of time for us and didn't make us feel rushed. There were plenty of beds to choose from and everyone in the store was very friendly. Can't wait to for our bed to be delivered!
