Sue was very friendly and helpful. She gave advise, went away so we could have a good look and discuss the product, then she came back to check on us. Order went smooth. We were very happy overall.

Visited the Dreams shop in Southend on Sea, and was handled by Paul in the shop, his knowledge of what was available for what we needed was great, He was really helpful, answered all our questions and was very patient with us

Stan was great, at dreams in southend. He really knew what he was talking about, was funny, and didn't push us into a sale at all. He was very knowledgable on the products and helped us make the right decision. A great asset to your business.

Lynn who served us was very helpful without being "pushy" and offered us some refreshments too which was a nice touch. Explained everything as she went along and more than happy to answer our questions. Told her our daughter had recently bought a bed from dreams and was very pleased with it and lynn took the trouble to go through the order details to find out which bed and mattress she decided on to see if they would suit us. Delivery time much sooner than expected too which was a bonus.

The assistant was very help and very polite listened to what we wanted and new exactly what we were looking for excellent service all round
