We wasn't pressurised the moment we walked into the door (unlike a very nearby competitor!! - which we only visited first due to the car parking space we had!!) When we needed assistance it was readily available and with a knowledgable and impartial view from the sales assistantnt (Paul). We bought our last bed from this shop some 11years ago so used it again this time. We were offered a drink which was nice and was left to try out as many beds as we wanted at our leisure, we opted for the 5000 flaxby king size in the end. Paul explained the various types of beds and designs very clearly allowing us to make our own minds up.

I wanted a new headboard and there was a wide range to choose from and I found exactly what I was looking for.

as soon as we walked into store, your assistant explained all the different beds, he was very knowledgeable and helped us with our choice which suited our needs.

The assistant who dealt with us Neil was brilliant from start to finish...very patient...gave us time and space to browse...answered all our queries with excellent knowledge...we was generally impressed and he made our experience of buying a new bed pain free...Excellent service
