Stanley in store was so helpful and super knowledgeable about the products and had such a great personality . He was extremely helpful but not at all pushy and annoying like some stores, a real pleasure to meet

We were able to choose the product without pressure, our questions were answered and help was was given when we needed it. Overall Neil provided an excellent service.

Charles who served us was highly attentive to our needs &knew the products well.

We knew exactly which bed we wanted, one of those with the TV built in, & were assisted by Neil, who demonstrated to us how they work & where the cables go to connect to a dvd or sky box etc. He also answered any questions we asked, completely put our minds at ease that we were making the right choice for us.

Walked into store re a particular item seen on the internet but was advised by assistant not on show in any of show rooms. Decided to look around and found bed really liked. Tried and tested a few of the mattresses. Assistant was attentive and helpful but I was holding 9 week old cute puppy! I hope she was as friendly and helpful to others as she was my husband and I. Delivery date and details sounded fine and we particularly needed the service to remove existing bed and mattress. Have used Dreams before and no reason not to do so again and recommend to friends. My one criticism is the charge to erect bed which I think is a bit steep but we felt we had no alternative but to pay it.

Paul was a great help to us in buying our Tempur bed.He spent a lot of time with us, made us coffee and was extremely patient.We have brought all our beds there, my daughter, my son too.

Lynn the assistance was very helpful and knowledgable without being pushy.

Lynn the assistant was very helpful explaining the situation and features of the Hypnos mattress we wanted as it was not on display in your store due to a range change. She told us of the advantages of ordering through the store as opposed to on line as you provide a mattress removal service and see the new one to the bedroom as opposed the doorstep. Overall, the service was pleasing and cushioned the blow to the bank account. As we are furnishing 3 flats in the near future we will return to Dreams.
