Because the bed frame we'd seen on the internet was available to view in our local store. Neil, the Dreams rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered in store rather than online.

Was highly satisfied with the assistance given to us by Lynn. During our conversations she apologised that Dreams chose not to have our choice of mattress as a sample on display even though it apparently is one of the best sellers. If she hadn't had been so helpful we would have gone elsewhere.

The level of friendly customer care given by Stanley was amazing, he thoroughly went though each type of bed and explained in great detail what each type of different mattress would offer us, his friendly and not too pushy approach was what sold the idea of purchasing out bed through dreams
