Dreams - Southend

We visited the Southend Store during Sale time. The salesman - Neil was quickly available and knew what he was talking about.

Stan the salesman was very knowledgable, polite and very professional. Whilst wanting a sale he was not pushy and I would employ him any day.

The service, quality and experience was very good

From the time we entered the store we were not harassed by the staff. When we required help, Stan gave us the information we required. He was helpful, friendly, good at his job and efficient.

The service was very good was able to try mattresses out and was no rush

On our initial visit a couple of months earlier Lynn spent time with us giving good advice on products and answering our questions. When we returned, Lynn was dealing with another customer but at least three of her colleagues came to offer assistance and were loyal to Lynn advising it was her sale and that although they would help us, Lynn would make and be awarded with the sale. I like this loyalty and display of team work. We were so impressed that instead of buying one bed we decided on buying two and the Manager referred up the line to help to negotiate a price we were all happy with. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Staff very helpful , no long waits on delivery dates , reliable delivery which kept me updated as to time it would be delivered overall very pleased with a great product and service from start to finish

There was a very good range of products. The assistant Lynn was very knowledgeable and helpful but we did not feel pressured into buying anything.
