We went to the store the day before and spoke to Lynn who was knowledgeable about the product without waffling and wasn't 'hard sale'. came back the next day Lynn was off so we saw Neil who had the same sales technique not too pushy and knowledgeable. Both had a friendly but not over the top manner and got the job done with minimal fuss. We went to the store at a non busy time purposely so we could see someone without waiting, I liked the fact though that we weren't jumped on as we walked through the door or left on our own for too long. All in all a good experience so far would be the first place in the current market that i'd go back to.

Having visited the store on two separate dates to research our potential purchase your salesperson was extremely diligent ,extremely patient with us and very informative - an experience not received in other stores . We ultimately gave our business to Dreams as a result of this customer experience .

Our visit to the store was dealt with efficiently by the store assistant who lead us through the whole purchase with ease. We had ample time to make our minds up after being told about the products in great detail.We also were told about after sales procedures with reference to mind changing etc. All in all quite a pleasant experience.
